Saving and sharing

A pipeline is a file. Sharing one is sending it.

Saving

Ctrl/Cmd + S. The file carries the graph, the parameters and the card versions.

Sending it to someone

They open it and get your analysis. If they lack a card it names, the message says which one and they install it from the marketplace.

Publishing it

Submit it on the publishing page with type workflow. Declare the cards it depends on and their minimum versions: the entry page then shows a reproducibility block listing exactly what to install.

With a paper

Deposit the file as supplementary material and name the Signal Studio version in your methods. That combination is what lets a reader reproduce rather than approximate. See how to cite.
