The website and its API: the marketplace, the forum, file downloads and the release feed. It does not cover the desktop application, which runs on your machine and keeps working when all of this is down. If the catalogue is unreachable, your pipelines still run.

What we do commit to: every incident that affects users gets written up here, with what broke, why, and what changed as a result. The entry below about the recurring outages in August is the format, and it is not flattering, which is the point.
